Tammy Leonard - CDC Coordinator
Tammy and her husband Duwayne joined the church in 1996. She has been serving in many different roles in the church. She understands firsthand how important it is to have a vibrant and growing ministry for the birth through pre-K ages. They have raised their two boys in First Baptist being involved in the children’s ministry over the years. She has worked full-time since 2005 in the office at the First Baptist CDC, which is a ministry of the church for infant through preschool. She was involved in AWANA for many years, and she taught Sunday School for the girls Jr. High classes, then taught for four years in the youth department. In 2014 she felt led to take the nursery coordinator position. Since taking that role as the nursery coordinator she has felt blessed by the kids, teachers, and parents. Her oldest son Keegan is married and lives in Fayetteville Arkansas. Her youngest son Brayden is attending Missouri Baptist University in St. Louis. Her hobbies are watching her youngest son play volleyball at Missouri Baptist, shopping, traveling with her husband and enjoys spending time with family.
